CTPM Australasia Pty Ltd – Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Student Communication
Students will be informed of the cancellation and refund policy prior to enrolling in a course. This policy will be communicated through the Student Information Handbook and the Refund and Cancellation Procedure.

- Unsafe weather conditions that impact the training environment.
- Unavailability of trainers due to unforeseen reasons.
- Training facility becomes unavailable for any reason.
If a course is canceled or postponed, students will be notified promptly and will have the option of a full refund or transferring their fees to a rescheduled course.
3. Course Disruptions
If a course is disrupted after it has begun, arrangements will be made to allow students to complete their training at a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the extent of the disruption.
Disruptions may occur due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions.
- Equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
- The training venue becomes unavailable.
- Any other incidents leading to the cessation of training.
If training is conducted at a third-party or employer venue, disruptions may also occur for similar reasons. Course completion is mandatory for certification, and no full refunds will be given for disruptions that can be rescheduled.
4. Student Refunds
Students who wish to cancel their enrolment are entitled to refunds based on the following timeframes:
- 48 hours or more notice: Full refund, minus a $100 administration fee.
- Less than 48 hours notice: No refund; course fees must be paid in full.
Students should carefully consider their commitments before enrolling to avoid cancellation. If a student is deemed “Not Yet Competent,” no refunds will be given.
Required pre-requisites must be provided before course commencement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
All refund requests must be made in writing using the Refund Request Form and must include relevant documentation. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via direct deposit.
