CTPM Australasia Pty Ltd – Fees & Refund Policy
This policy provides a framework for making decisions regarding course fees for full qualifications, part qualifications, and single-unit courses. It ensures that potential and current students receive accurate, timely, and sufficient information regarding fees associated with our services.
Payment of Fees:
- All fees must be paid at the specified time as per the course information. Payments can be made via phone, EFT, online, or bank transfer.
- Tax invoices will be issued as required. As an approved program, there is NO GST included in the course cost.
- Course fees may vary based on course type, required materials, and external assessor fees.
- Course fee details are available on our website and fee schedule.
Collection of Fees:
- Students and companies are informed of course fees before enrolment via phone, bank transfer, or online.
- Fees must be paid before the course begins. For companies with credit accounts, payment terms must be met as per the agreement.
- Late payments may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund minus $100 admin fee.
- Less than 48 hours notice: No refund; full course fees apply.
- Course disruptions: If a course is postponed or canceled by us, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled course.
- Non-attendance without notice: No refund; full fees apply.
Payment Plans:
- If course fees exceed $1,500, payment plans are available. Payments will not exceed $1,500 per transaction before course commencement.
- Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in follow-ups, withdrawal, or cancellation.
Rescheduling & Transfers:
- Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $250 fee.
- Transfers to a different course date are allowed up to 5 days before the course begins.
