CTPM Australasia has been granted approval to administer the Trade Pathways for Experienced Workers Program (TPEW) for specialised fields including Civil Construction, Civil Construction Plant Operations, Rigging, and Transport.Â
This initiative by the NSW Government aims to bolster the number of qualified tradespeople in New South Wales, addressing the prevalent shortages of labor and essential skills in these industries. The Trade Pathways Program is specifically designed to attract and empower partially skilled workers, mature individuals, and women who may not have previously explored opportunities in acquiring trade skills.Â
CTPM will undertake a comprehensive assessment of each student, offering them Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for their existing skills and organizing any necessary gap training.Â
This initiative signifies a significant step forward in workforce development and underscores CTPM Australasia’s commitment to contributing to the growth and sustainability of skilled labor in the region.”
